As a Perinatal Sonographer, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
Job Overview:
We are looking for compassionate, caring, and dedicated Perinatal Sonographers to join the team at Tri-State Perinatology and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
The Tri-State Perinatology Group is a well- established, highly respected maternal fetal medicine program located within Deaconess Women’s Hospital. Our team provides compassionate, highly skilled, individualized care for expecting mothers and their babies. We are seeking a team player who is looking for an exceptional full service program that provides state of the art evidence-based care within a culture of caring. Our sonographers are office-based, strictly outpatient- no weekends or holidays. Since TSP is recognized as a leader in Obstetrical ultrasound, the ideal candidate will have strong interpretative skills and a keen interest in fetal anomalies. The practice is AIUM accredited in OB/GYN and Fetal Echocardiography.

The successful candidate will join a team of 4 supportive, experienced, established Board Certified MFM's, 6 APRN's and 2 Genetic Counselors. One of our physicians is additionally board certified in Clinical Genetics. Our team also includes 11 RDMS credentialed high risk sonographers, all of whom are RDCS certified in fetal echo.
- Completes ultrasound reports which include efficiency with GE Viewpoint reporting system and Electronic Medical Health Record.
- Effective communication with the physicians reporting results, questions or any suspected abnormalities associated with ultrasound.
- Performs ultrasound exams according to ALARA guidelines.
Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:
- Graduate of an accredited RDMS program with a Radiological Technology degree, or a nursing degree, or a Bachelors in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Maintains licensure/certification in RDMS (or obtain within 3 months of hire),
- Maintains license/certification in Fetal Echo registry (or obtain within 12 months of hire).
