What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead and scale the APAC commercial strategy, overseeing direct teams and managing distributor networks.
- Drive growth of IVF and medical device sales, including both capital equipment and consumables.
- Craft and execute sales strategies that accelerate performance while unlocking potential across key APAC markets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key IVF stakeholders.
- Partner with distributors to ensure seamless sales operations, support, and market penetration.
- Coach and empower high-performing teams, including training distributor teams to elevate their selling capabilities.
- Deliver commercial results aligned with revenue targets and expand market share across the region.
- Collaborate with global leadership to align APAC business priorities with global vision.
- Actively identify new opportunities and portfolio expansion ideas for both existing and emerging markets.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ leadership experience in sales or commercial roles within IVF, reproductive health, or medical device sectors.
- Proven success in APAC sales leadership
- Solid experience with both direct sales management and distributor engagement.
- Strong knowledge of the IVF ecosystem, ideally spanning both equipment and consumables.
- A highly driven, strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and growth ambition.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
