Fertility Heaven is an egg donor and surrogacy agency, helping build families since 2012. We are seeking a passionate and outgoing Grassroots Recruiter to join our team and help us expand our network of potential surrogate mothers. As a Grassroots Recruiter, you will play a vital role in raising awareness about surrogacy and connecting with women who may be interested in becoming surrogates. You will be responsible for distributing informational brochures and engaging in community outreach activities to educate and inspire potential candidates. This role involves grassroots marketing and establishing relationships with women at birthing centers, OB/GYN clinics, pediatric offices, daycare centers, and community centers. Surrogacy offers a unique opportunity for women to make a life-changing difference in the lives of individuals and couples who dream of having a family.

Responsibilities
- Distribute brochures and other marketing materials in designated locations (e.g., community centers, health fairs, gyms, etc.).
- Engage in face-to-face interactions with potential candidates, providing information about surrogacy and answering questions.
- Represent our agency with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
- Build relationships with community organizations and leaders to expand outreach opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results.
- Attend community events and health fairs to promote surrogacy.
- Identify and develop new outreach strategies to reach target audiences.
- English required and Spanish preferred.
- Prior surrogate experience, IVF or strong grassroots recruiting.
Qualifications
The perfect candidate will be passionate about community engagement, event planning, and relationship development. Prior experience in surrogacy or a related field, along with a love for sales and interacting with people, is highly valued. This is a project based short term assignment, can be longer based on results. 1099.
