Join our LATAM Commercial Team as a Sales Executive in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and help us improve lives through personalized preventive health solutions and advanced genetic testing.
This is a field-based role, with approximately 50-70% of your time spent visiting clients or attending industry events. You should be based in or near Buenos Aires.

Your Mission
Reporting to the Country Manager Argentina, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and the expansion of existing partnerships, particularly within the fields of gynecology, fertility clinics, assisted reproduction, private healthcare providers, laboratories, and wellness segments.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Drive consultative sales processes, educating stakeholders on the clinical and preventive value of our genetic testing portfolio, including carrier screening, wellness panels, and reproductive health testing.
- Manage and grow key accounts, nurturing long-term relationships with clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Represent GenePlanet at relevant industry events, medical congresses, and business meetings.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or genomics.
- Strong background or network in gynecology, fertility, assisted reproduction, or genetic testing.
- Proven ability to develop new business and close complex sales deals.
- Knowledge of the Argentine healthcare system, especially in the private sector and women's health.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Spanish; intermediate to advanced English is a plus, especially for internal communication.
