We are looking for a Key Account Manager specializing in Ecommerce (Pharmacy Channel). In this pivotal role, you will drive our company's growth and success by managing and nurturing key relationships with online retail partners. We seek a strategic and results-oriented professional who can adeptly navigate the dynamic ecommerce landscape, understand market trends, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement strategies that maximize sales, enhance brand visibility, and ensure overall satisfaction for both our company and its ecommerce partners.
Specific Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key ecommerce accounts and Pharmacy Groups
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business goals and align strategies to drive mutual success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with overall company objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose innovative solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the ecommerce landscape.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Set and achieve sales targets for responsible accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to implement effective pricing and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce strategies.
- Provide valuable input to product development based on market and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online content and promotional activities.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- Generate reports and insights on market trends, sales performance, and customer behavior.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Compliance and Contract Management:
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and terms with ecommerce partners.
- Negotiate and renew contracts, addressing terms and conditions to benefit the company.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Min 3Y proven experience in key account management, preferably in the ecommerce sector, full understanding of Pharmachy Channel: root to market, Direct Sales, Wholesalers, Groups of Pharmacies, Pharmacy Platforms, etc. Key Account Management of Wholesalers, Distributors, Groups is a Plus.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce trends, platforms, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
