At-Home IVF Nurse - Manhattan & Brooklyn: Provide Personalized Fertility Care
Gotham Companies is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional, "white glove" at-home IVF care to patients in Manhattan and Brooklyn. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one support during a critical stage of patients' fertility journeys.

Schedule:
- Flexible morning availability (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM) OR evening availability (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
- Patient visits are scheduled for 30 minutes.
About the Role:
As an At-Home IVF Nurse, you will be responsible for administering fertility medications, closely monitoring patient responses, and providing comprehensive education and emotional support. You will collaborate seamlessly with fertility specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Working Conditions:
- Travel between client locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, offering flexibility to pick up shifts based on client needs, including evenings, weekends, and supplemental shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular fertility medication injections according to protocols.
- Provide comprehensive patient education on medication administration, side effects, and treatment schedules.
- Monitor and report patient responses to fertility specialists.
- Perform injections and other necessary procedures in patients' homes.
- Maintain meticulous patient records.
- Offer compassionate emotional support.
- Coordinate with fertility clinics on patient progress.
- Ensure safe handling and disposal of medical supplies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid NYS RN license.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- 1-2 years of RN experience in fertility, women's health, or GYN.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and injections.
- Knowledge of IVF medications and protocols.
- Exceptional ability to connect with patients and provide empathetic support.
- Independent work and time management skills.
- Compassionate and collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel within Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Pay Range:
- $60 - $65 per visit (commensurate with experience).
