Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fetal Medicine Specialist with expertise in obstetrics and gynecology to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in prenatal diagnosis, fetal imaging, and managing high-risk pregnancies, working closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and genetic counselors to ensure the best outcomes for both mother and baby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced fetal imaging (Ultrasound, Doppler, 3D/4D scans).
- Diagnose and manage fetal abnormalities and high-risk pregnancies.
- Conduct invasive and non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT, CVS, Amniocentesis).
- Provide genetic counseling and support for expectant parents.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for fetal conditions.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and pediatric surgeons for multidisciplinary care.
- Stay updated with advancements in fetal medicine and research.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and medical guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBBS + MD/MS/DNB (Obstetrics & Gynecology) + Fellowship in Fetal Medicine.
- Experience in fetal ultrasound, diagnostics, and high-risk pregnancy management.
- Strong knowledge of genetics, perinatal care, and fetal interventions.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in fetal medicine.
- Hands-on experience with invasive fetal procedures (e.g., amniocentesis, fetal reduction).
