This practice is cash-based (goodbye insurance hassles!) and provides a very impactful surgeries with life-changing impact. The practice enjoys a wonderful reputation with 5 stars on Google and more than 50,000 followers on it's Facebook page built from thousands of successful surgeries over 20+ years in operation.
This opportunity is to be trained by the founder of the company in this unique surgery and benefit from up to 3 years of guidance to become the primary provider for the practice. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of operating experience as an OB/GYN, enjoy and are comfortable performing simple procedures in an outpatient location, and are seeking a job with predictable hours, great compensation, and creating a positive impact on the world. The role is supported by a robust business team that will handle marketing, finance and non-clinical operations responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient consultations and chart reviews to ensure they are a good fit for surgical and other care offerings
- Perform 2-3 surgical procedures per day, ensuring patient safety and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and management
- Stay updated with advancements in medical imaging and relevant technologies to enhance patient outcomes.
- No nights, no weekends, no on-call service
The right candidate will be offered the opportunity to buy-in to practice ownership to further enhance their earning potential and will be a critical part of the practice's plans to expand our services and capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
