We are looking for a Chief Health Innovation Officer (CHIO) to join our founding team and help drive the next generation of digital health solutions. If you are passionate about women’s health, motivated by innovation, and ready to make a lasting impact, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Health Innovation: Guide the clinical and health aspects of our app, ensuring evidence-based features and tools.
- Collaborate on AI Development: Work closely with the tech team to integrate AI into health tracking and personalized care.
- Drive Product Strategy: Ensure our app meets the needs of women managing endometriosis, prioritizing user health and privacy.
- Healthcare Advocacy: Act as a voice for women’s health and a champion for improving endometriosis care.
- Partnership Building: Forge relationships with healthcare providers, researchers, and key industry stakeholders to expand the platform’s impact.

Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare innovation, AI and data science applications in health
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to conduct and oversee clinical research
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Background in women's health or chronic pain management is a strong plus
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field
