In this role, you will:
- Deliver a personalized, inclusive and elevated care experience in a collaborative and a multidisciplinary environment.
- Work together with Twig physicians to provide comprehensive and cohesive fertility care.
- Collaborate with Twig physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and evaluate customized care plans.
- Conduct patient consults, provide ongoing patient counselling, and coordinating any required testing.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient care and clinical services.
- Educate patients, colleagues, co-workers and the community about topics relevant to reproductive health and fertility.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Master of Nursing or equivalent
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Certificate or equivalent
- Current registration (Extended Class) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 5-10 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or equivalent
- Experience in fertility, reproductive health, or gynaecology an asset (not required)
