The Opportunity
• Flexible scheduling options with the potential for part-time work, offering a balanced mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities
• Level II Nursery with 24/7 MD and anesthesia coverage (CRNAs practice independently)
• Collaborative Environment: Each physician has their own nurse, and all nurse practitioners work closely with the team
• Open to candidates with a stronger focus on GYN procedures if comfortable with OB call, including C-sections

Compensation & Benefits
• $425,000 base salary with a generous, tiered wRVU productivity bonus structure
• Current providers earning $650,000+ annually
• $150,000 sign-on bonus, paid relo
• 6 weeks PTO
