We're seeking an exceptional
Lead Nurse to join our team in vibrant Clapham Junction. You'll play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated nursing and health advising teams, working alongside the Clinical Service Manager to continue developing and delivering a modern, accessible, and inclusive sexual and reproductive health service for our diverse community.
What You'll Do
- Lead with Impact: Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
- Innovate and Improve: Drive the development and delivery of high-quality, innovative services.
- Connect and Collaborate: Build strong relationships with our multidisciplinary team, patient groups, and stakeholders.
- Provide Expert Care: Utilize your advanced clinical skills to deliver Level 3 care and provide expert advice and support.
- Educate and Empower: Share your knowledge and expertise through education and training for staff and students.
- Contribute to Research and Audit: Help us continuously improve our services.
- Support our unique BSL service: Contribute to a service that is fully accessible to the deaf community.
Who You Are
- Experienced in leading and managing teams in contraception and sexual health settings.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Committed to providing non-judgmental, person-centered care.
- A strong communicator and collaborator.
- Equipped with the clinical skills to deliver Level 3 care.
- Someone who is excited to be part of an innovative team.
