Role Description
This position primarily focuses on community-based care, particularly for older adults with focus on substance use disorder--clinical, programmatic, and research responsibilities. In collaboration with the University of Maryland (UM) Health and Recovery Program (HARP), UM Addictions Treatment Center, and other healthcare teams and community partners. The position reports to the Multi-Modal Aging Friendly Addiction Services (MAFAS) Program Director and the HARP Nurse Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clinical nursing skills, addiction experienced preferred
- Experience in coordinating programs, community partnerships, patient care
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in the state of Maryland
