Summary: We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As the Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing our accounting operations and driving technical excellence within a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the month-end closing cycle, financial reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and providing financial support to key stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor daily financial transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
· Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external regulatory requirements.
· Manage period-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, and the preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP standards.
· Review, approve, and oversee invoice processing for business operations.
· Work closely with external auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits and resolution of findings.
· Provide financial reports and insights to leadership as needed.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and leadership, to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations that support decision-making, business growth, and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience of full cycle accounting experience is required.
· Strong technical accounting skills including GAAP accounting and reporting requirements
· Advanced proficiency in Excel.
· Healthcare/fertility experience is a plus.
· Proficiency in accounting software and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). Experience with Acumatica is a plus.
· Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
