Job Overview
We are seeking an experience OB/GYN Medical Biller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting claims, posting payments, ensuring accurate coding, and facilitating the collection of payments. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, coding systems, and billing procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies in a timely manner.
Accurately post payments from insurance companies and patient.
Utilize various billing systems to track claims and payments effectively.
A/R Billing, Denial resolution
Prepare and inform patients of their OB Contracts.
Submit Gyn referrals
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to medical billing process

Skills

Background in OB/GYN specialty billing.
Proficiency in medical billing software and systems.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding practices, including DRG (Diagnosis Related Group).
Experience in medical collections and follow-up processes.
Knowledge of both CPT and ICD-10 coding systems is essential.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations related to billing practices.
