We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nurse Educator to join our healthcare team. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of patient care through effective training and support. The Nurse Educator will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure that best practices are followed, particularly in areas such as pain management, patient care, and advanced treatment techniques.

RN Nurse Educator Job Summary:
- Completes PCA/HHA/PARA/RN/LPN Orientation and In-service classes
- Reports directly to Director of Nursing
- Works seamlessly with office staff to have nurses activated and ready for duty
- Responsible for signing off on, orientation and policy forms for each aide and handing them to staff in timely manner
- Classes are completed using instructional material provided by Director of Patient Services.
RN Nurse Educator Requirements and Qualifications:
- A valid nursing license with a strong background in patient care is required.
- Proven experience in teaching or training within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Bilingual English & Spanish prefered
- Experience with home health care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences are essential.
