Exciting outpatient opportunity for an
experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to work in the community health setting at our Belair Edison center location. Responsible for providing health care services including antenatal, and postnatal care. Provides well-woman care, including education and treatment of gynecological problems, contraception, routine health screening, and sexually transmitted diseases. Care focuses on education, disease prevention, and health promotion, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. 24 hours per week, split between 2 BMS locations.
- Student loan repayment eligibility through the National Health Services Corps (NHSC)
- In-house interpreters are available for Spanish, Arabic, Nepali, Burmese, etc.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nurse Midwife with at least 1 year of experience
- Maryland license, CDS & DEA
- Community Health experience preferred
