Position Title: Director of Case Management
Location: Gainesville, FL.

Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of recent (within the last 2 years) large acute care Director of Case Management experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $110k - $130k (heavily based on years of experience).
- Sign-On Bonus: $10k.
- Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis.
- Performance Bonus: 15% target bonus.
