Position Title: Service Delivery Manager
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Employment Type: 0.8 FTE
Sector: Early Pregnancy Loss and Fertility
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 pa + Super (commensurate with skills and experience)
What’s the role?
This exciting new role offers the opportunity to lead, innovate, and grow service delivery programs within a purpose-driven NFP organization. As Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the efficient and high-quality delivery of support services that align with our mission and strategic goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our services sustainably to meet increasing demand while fostering a culture of evidence-based innovation and empathy.

Who are we looking for?
Desirables
- Previous experience managing peer support programs.
- Background in counselling or exposure to bereavement and loss support environments.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
- Familiarity with cultural safety practices for CALD and First Nations communities.
- Experience in digital service delivery or implementing technology-driven solutions.
- Lived experience with early pregnancy loss would be advantageous but not essential in securing the role.
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a medium-to-large not-for-profit or charity organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling service delivery teams and programs.
- Strong understanding of operational, funding, and compliance challenges in the NFP sector.
Essential Skills
- Proven ability to lead and support a team effectively.
- Experience managing projects, including planning budgets and resources.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and digital tools for program management.
