Telecare Nurse Manager
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday;8:30am-5pm. Hours will many vary as needed.
- Some Holiday/Saturday coverage required.
- Home Office: Highland Oaks - Downers Grove. Travel between offices monthly

Reporting to the Director of Telecare Nursing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of clinical staff that support the remote clinical needs of the primary care providers of Duly Health and Care. They will be responsible for organizing the work and available resources effectively and efficiently in a manner that aligns with the goals of the organization and promotes the flourishing of our patients, our providers and the team members they support.
Responsibilities
- Organize available resources to manage work in a timely and safe manner. (30%)
- Collaborate with offshore partners and workforce team members to create and communicate schedules that best meet operational needs
- Monitor schedule adherence for optimal performance
- Monitor and report out on key performance metrics for incoming calls and EPIC inbasket work, identifying any trends or barriers impacting stated goals
- Monitor and respond proactively to clinical quality or productivity concerns
- Work proactively with other key departments and leaders to oversee the screening, hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members to ensure a successful welcome experience. (20%)
- Establish and maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with supported sites through consistent communication, onsite visits, POD meeting attendance, active listening, proactive problem-solving and timely responses to concerns. (20%)

Qualifications
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
- CPR Certification, Active IL RN License
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other health sciences or management field preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of two years in a leadership role in a health care setting, preferably in an outpatient physician primary care practice.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $79,255-$118,880, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package
