Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive range of evidence-based nurse practitioner services in accordance with established privileges.
- Conduct general patient screenings and medical evaluations for routine, acute, and chronic conditions across various organ systems.
- Provide immunizations and address health concerns through diagnosis, treatment, and patient counseling.
- Lead educational initiatives to train staff and promote health maintenance through preventive care, including annual check-ups and wellness counseling.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Maintain an environment of safety and compliance, ensuring universal precautions are followed at all times.
- Participate in staff meetings focused on case discussions, quality improvement, and continuing education.
Required Skills
- Expertise in women’s health specialty procedures, including hormonal/non-hormonal IUD insertion and colposcopies.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program recognized by ACEN or CCNE.
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the relevant specialty area.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Women’s Health, maintaining credentials in relevant specialty procedures.

Compensation And Benefits
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Competitive compensation ranging from \(50.00 to \)60.00 per hour, plus a $5000 sign-on bonus.
- Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
