How You Will Make an Impact: The Marketing Analytics Manager will advance our data-driven approach to marketing planning and optimization. The Marketing Analytics Manager is critical to ensuring achievement of our KPIs around volumes and CACs. This is a hands-on role that operates at multiple levels (planning, tactical, and analytical).
What You Will Do: Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Analytics Manager will drive new patient acquisition growth via providing analytical data across several channels including physician referrals, digital marketing, patient referrals, and patient retention. This role focuses on driving both leads and conversions at an attractive Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Investment (ROI), and profit. This position works closely with the corporate marketing channel leads to support the creation of physician referral, paid digital and organic campaigns, including defining the optimal channel mix portfolio, contributing to channel strategies and tactics, campaign optimization and U/X improvements.
- Advisor: Act as the primary analytical advisor to help the team develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve new patient acquisition growth including forecasting the channel mix, channel investments, team development, and software requirements to meet or exceed growth targets at attractive Customer Acquisition Costs (CACs).
- KPI Management: Identify data sources and KPIs that are predictive of success. Examples include Cost Per Lead (CPL), funnel conversion metrics, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LV), and team member performance.
- Analytics: Manage the day-to-day performance metrics around digital campaigns, funnel performance, regional patient acquisition by channel, and web performance. Review daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and perform KPI, trend, and monthly pacing to budget analytics and communicate trends and recommendations to the marketing team and agencies to quickly pivot to maximize monthly results.
- Modeling: Utilize models, predictive analytics, scenario planning, and in-market testing to uncover business derivers and help improve the impact and efficiency of our campaigns, marketing, and team members.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Synthesize input from agencies and team members to create initiatives to compete more effectively, communicate competitive differentiators, and gain market share.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Create a portfolio of analytical reports and dashboards to monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics (daily, weekly, and monthly) to forecast pacing to targets, identify lead and conversion trends, optimize campaigns, and boost team member performance. Work with IT teams to collaborate on report and dashboard creation and ensure business rules and KPIs are consistent across functions. Meet with agencies and team members weekly to huddle on trends, share wins, and pivot quickly to hit targets. Assist in the creation of quarterly regional decks that provide clinic teams with insights on competitive trends, patient acquisition pacing to targets, and funnel performance.
- Marketing Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to structure campaign tracking, recommend content team to develop effective campaigns and collateral. Work with respective sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively to hit growth targets and provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Marketing Tech Stack: Act as key Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the patient journey and marketing tech stack. This includes understanding and continuously improving data rules, KPI measurement, and report building within each tech stack element (campaign URLs, CCaaS, CRM, EMR, web, GA, Meta) as well as improving upon the interdependencies as data flows across systems. Continuously consult on the IT architecture required to effectively grow, track, and optimize leads and conversions. Work closely with IT, internal teams, and outsourced partners to execute various CCaaS, CRM, email/text, and other MarTech platforms. This involves business specification creation, process mapping, and ROI analysis and reporting.
- Marketing Analytics Liaison: Act as the liaison between marketing and functional teams (IT, operations, channel leads) as well as the creative and media agencies to provide reporting, analytics, and insights. Attend weekly/biweekly agency meetings and participate on various project management teams (website improvement initiatives, campaign launches, CRM/CCaaS initiatives, etc.).
- Budgeting & Financial Management: Participate in setting the annual new patient acquisition targets and supporting organizational structures and expenses. Effectively manage monthly departmental expense budgets.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in sales and marketing strategies.
- Patient Retention: As the organization builds out the tech stack, analyze patient segments, touchpoints, and conversions to support the effective creation, tracking and optimization of campaigns (call, text, email) to improve patient retention.

What You Must Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, data science, or related field, or substantially equivalent relevant work experience, required.
- 7+ years of related media or marketing analytics experience.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing technology platforms including CCaaS, CRM, text/email platforms, campaign management platforms, and AdWords.
- Proven track record in providing analytics and insights utilized to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to demonstrate confidence in presenting technical content across different stakeholder audiences, including senior leadership, clinic directors, and agency partners.
- Experience working with Excel, Tableau/PowerBI (experience with SQL, Python, R, etc is a bonus).
- Practiced time management skills and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Google docs and Microsoft Office.

CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
