Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated AI/Data Assistant to support the Medical Director at our fertility practice. This position is ideal for an early-career professional trained in artificial intelligence, data science, epidemiology, or health informatics who is eager to apply these skills in the dynamic and highly regulated field of reproductive medicine.

In this role, you will analyze and visualize clinical and operational data, implement AI-enabled tools for quality improvement, synthesize medical literature, and support knowledge-management systems. Working closely with the Medical Director—and in collaboration with clinical, laboratory, and administrative teams—you will help transform data into actionable insights that enhance patient care and streamline operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in managing multiple projects, with a strong interest in reproductive medicine and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Data Support

· Develop and implement AI tools for medical transcription, documentation automation, and workflow optimization.

· Build dashboards and visual reports for clinical, operational, and performance metrics.

· Clean, manage, and maintain datasets across clinical and administrative systems.

· Create automated summaries, alerts, and data pulls for Medical Director and leadership use.

· Identify new opportunities for AI-driven process improvement.

Evidence Synthesis & Research Support

Conduct systematic and AI-assisted literature searches in reproductive medicine.
Summarize and synthesize research into concise evidence briefs.
Assist with drafting and organizing evidence-based guidelines and SOPs.
Support data collection and preliminary analysis for research and quality improvement projects.

Medical Director & Strategic Project Support

· Prepare data summaries, slides, and reports for internal meetings, conferences, and publications.

· Support strategic initiatives related to workflow redesign, efficiency, and patient experience.

· Benchmark best practices in reproductive medicine and healthcare operations.

· Maintain project trackers, AI tools, knowledge management systems, and documentation.

· Assist in communication and coordination across clinical, laboratory, QI, and administrative teams.

Qualifications

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Health Informatics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field.

· Strong skills in data management and analysis (SQL, Python/R, Excel, Power BI/Tableau).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and project-management skills.

· Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Interest in reproductive medicine or healthcare data analytics.

Preferred:

· Experience in healthcare, research or life sciences settings.

· Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy.

· Experience with systematic reviews or meta-analysis.

· Interest in career development in AI in medicine or clinical informatics.
