Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
Provide direct patient care in acute care settings, ensuring comfort and safety.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Conduct assessments and document patient health status using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
Educate patients and families on health management, including dementia care strategies.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in case management activities to coordinate patient services effectively.
Support patients through various stages of recovery, providing emotional support as needed.

Skills

Strong knowledge of medication administration practices.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to nursing practices.
Experience in acute care environments or home care settings is preferred.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Epic.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Compassionate approach towards patient care, especially for those with dementia or chronic conditions.
Strong organizational skills for managing case management responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$51.15 per hour
