Overview
Women's Health Care Associates is seeking an organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist. You will greet our patients and provide exceptional service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Greet patients in a professional and proficient manner.
Enter insurance information, update registration, and collect copays.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure our patients are seen in a timely manner.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.
Scan documents into patients charts and fax documents when needed.
Handle any additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
Strong people skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
