Front Desk/Billing Specialist – OB/GYN Office
Location: Hollywood, FL
Full-Time | Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Friday 8:00 AM-12 Noon

Are you an experienced medical front desk and billing professional with a passion for women’s health? Our busy OB/GYN office in Hollywood, FL is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our practice.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Front Desk/Billing Specialist who has prior experience in an OB/GYN setting and is proficient with Athena EMR. This role includes front desk duties such as patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, as well as billing and collections tasks.

Requirements:

Prior experience working in an OB/GYN office is required
Must be familiar with Athena EMR
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, courteous, and team-oriented

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: Half day
