We're Hiring: Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator
Part-Time | In-Person | $17–$19/hr | 21–28 hrs/week

ABOUT US:
At Dr. For Moms Perinatal & Pediatric Health Center, we’re more than a clinic, we’re a village of care for moms, babies, and families. Our multidisciplinary team supports women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, and we’re growing our front desk team!

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a warm, organized, and self-driven team member to manage our busy front desk and create a welcoming space for every family who walks through our doors.

You’re a great fit if you:

Are confident working independently while thriving in a team environment
Have experience managing a high-volume front desk
Are comfortable leading in-the-moment decisions and multitasking with ease
Communicate clearly and kindly—on the phone, in writing, and in person
Love being around kids and supporting moms at all stages

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Greeting and supporting patients (lots of moms and little ones!)
Managing phone, email, and in-person communication
Booking, billing, processing payments, and cashing out
Supporting clinic flow and coordinating follow-ups
Maintaining a calm, efficient, and friendly space

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with Jane App (minimum 1 year)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Positive, friendly, and people-first mindset

HOURS:

21–28 hours/week
Must be available for a mix of weekdays, evenings, and some Saturdays

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
