We are in search of a dynamic and goal-oriented professional with a strong background in sales to join our team as an Egg Donation Program Coordinator. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for potential intended parents, IVF clinics, and others exploring our agency's services. You will be instrumental in initiating egg donation cases and driving our program's success.

Communication Skills: Use your excellent communication abilities to effectively share information and build trust with all individuals you interact with.

Sales Expertise: Utilize your sales experience to promote our egg donation program and address any concerns, expanding our reach.

Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with potential contacts and provide ongoing support throughout the intake process.

Collaborative Spirit: Work harmoniously with our team, including coordinators and support staff, to ensure a streamlined and efficient process for everyone involved.

Experience Requirements:

Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrate a successful history in sales or customer-facing roles that highlights your ability to connect with others and achieve results.

Exceptional Communication: Possess strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential business partners.

Industry Experience: While experience in infertility or related fields is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We offer comprehensive training.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is required.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent speaking and writing skills.

Motivation and Personality: We seek a highly motivated individual with a professional, friendly, and outgoing personality to maintain and establish connections for egg donor matching.
