Ferny Fertility New York, a boutique-style fertility center located in the heart of Manhattan, is looking for a front desk receptionist/administrative assistant to join our growing team.

We are looking for an efficient candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person position, so being able to commute to NYC every day is a must.

Description:

Help providers record patient's notes and history
Inputting data
Check patients in and out
Chart Review and auditing
Assist with billing
Manage patient flow
Collect payments
Schedule patients
Receive incoming calls and redirect them as needed
Ensure that patient records are accurate and complete and all relevant documents scanned in
Provide referrals to patients
Perform various administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant working experience required. Some college education with 1 year of working experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible hours - must be available early morning and early evening
Computer proficiency required, especially Google Suite
Fluency in Spanish
