Full-scope OB-GYN Physician needed for a HPSA-designated federally-qualified health center.

Brownsville Community Health Center (BCHC) dba New Horizon Health Center (NHHC) is a non-profit, NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognized multi-specialty primary care medical group practice, serving over 16,000 active patients annually. It is located in Brownsville, Texas, a medium-sized city of 190,000. The area has a low cost-of-living index, yet offers many family-friendly amenities. The famous South Padre Island is 25 miles away.

NHHC offers a guaranteed salary + incentives, comprehensive benefits: Health, Dental & Life Insurance (employer paid) with option to buy-up or add family members for a fixed premium. The Center qualifies as a NHSC loan-repayment program site and is able to sponsor H-1/J-1 applicants. Rotating inpatient call is 1:2 weeks, paid in addition to the base salary.

Successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary, obstetrics and acute care services to the Center’s female clients (comprising two-thirds of the total active patients).
