Surgery Scheduler

Contacting patients to schedule surgeries based on physician availability and coordinating with the patient's medical history and insurance coverage.
Checking patient insurance benefits and obtaining necessary pre-authorization for procedures.
Gathering relevant medical records and test results to ensure patients are cleared for surgery.
Allocating operating room time based on procedure complexity and surgeon availability.
Handling cancellations and rescheduling surgeries as needed.
Maintaining accurate patient records within the electronic medical record system.

IVF Medical Assistant

Assisting with minor procedures including preparing supplies and patient positioning.
Performing phlebotomy (drawing blood) for lab tests.
Collecting and preparing specimens for laboratory analysis.
Monitoring patients during procedures and reporting any abnormalities to the physician.
Maintaining accurate medical records and electronic health records (EHR)
Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
Managing Outisde Monitoring Program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
