This is a small but busy private practice with constant work flow in the heart of Forest Hills, New York; it is near buses, subways, and restaurants. The practice is 7 days a week, 6:45 am-3 pm on weekdays and 8 am-3 pm on weekends. It is important that on occasion the individual is willing to stay after 3 if their work is not complete but most important that the mornings start timely. We have a close knit staff that works well together by multi tasking and keeping lines of communication open. They understand that patient care is a priority and the team has to cooperate to get the best job done. There is no compromising in medical care.
Our members enjoy working with each other, yet remain focused on their individual tasks. Many are committed to a career in medicine and have a fun, competitive spirit. Together they are able to coordinate authorizations of procedures, medication orders, consent signing sessions and communicate with multiple IVF laboratories by email and maintain all logs and books to perfection. They learn how to navigate computer systems linked to laboratories, order supplies, maintain instruments and operate the front desk. Some members are phlebotomy trained and all are cognizant of each others tasks. All must be computer friendly.

This is a staff that understands that no job is easy when done well, but with the right mindset all tasks can be made easier. They are Very helpful to each other.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
