Our fertility office in the heart of Forest Hills, New York is comprised of a close knit group of trustworthy and kind staff members. It is located near the subway, LIRR, bus stops and restaurants. The practice is 7 days a week, 6:45 am-3 pm on weekdays and 8 am-flexible on weekends. Although it is an additional benefit that an individual is willing to stay after 3pm on occasion, it is more important that work begins in a timely fashion at a few min before 7 am. Our team works well together by multi tasking and keeping lines of communication open at all times. Meetings ensure that everyone is aware what everyone else is doing.
Our members enjoy working with each other, yet remain focused on their individual tasks. Many are committed to a career in medicine and have a fun, competitive spirit. Together they are able to check insurance benefits, coordinate authorizations of procedures, order medications, control consent signing sessions, communicate with multiple IVF laboratories by email and maintain all logs and books diligantly. They learn how to navigate computer systems linked to laboratories, they order supplies, maintain instruments and operate the front desk (scheduling, messages and payments/receipts). Some members are phlebotomy trained and all are cognizant of each others tasks. All must be computer friendly.

This is a staff that understands that no job is easy when done well, but with the right mindset all tasks can be made easier. They are Very helpful to each other.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
