Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management systems to enhance the gamete donation process. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our CRM solutions effectively support our operational goals and improve donor and recipient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Intended Parents Recruitment and Intake: Identify, engage, and guide potential intended parents interested in surrogacy, gamete donation, and IVF concierge services.
Understand the diverse needs of intended parents and provide them with tailored solutions.
Maintain a comprehensive record of interactions and communications with intended parents in the CRM system.

IVF Clinics and Surrogacy Partners Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain business relationships with IVF clinics and other relevant entities in the surrogacy journey.
Familiarize yourself with the services, strengths, and specialties of each partner to facilitate the best matches for intended parents.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between ACRC, IVF clinics, and intended parents.

Sales and Outreach :Craft and implement sales strategies to meet objectives and increase ACRC's client base.
Represent ACRC at industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay abreast of the latest industry developments and for networking opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and disseminate promotional materials tailored to potential clients.

Matching Coordination and Facilitation

Assist in scheduling and facilitating match meetings between intended parents and potential donors.
Actively support and coordinate the donor matching process, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment of expectations between both parties.
Play a proactive role in facilitating successful matches through effective communication, client guidance, and problem-solving.
Follow up on post-match developments and coordinate next steps with clinics, agencies, and legal/administrative support teams to ensure case continuity and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
