Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Embryologist located in Manama. The Embryologist will be responsible for performing laboratory procedures related to assisted reproduction, including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Andrology. Key tasks will include handling gametes, embryo culture and transfer, monitoring laboratory processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality control in the laboratory environment. The Embryologist will also collaborate with medical professionals to support successful patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and maintaining laboratory safety and quality standards
- Expertise in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) techniques and related procedures
- Strong understanding of Assisted Reproduction and Andrology processes
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in Medicine, with a focus on reproductive health
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Relevant certifications or training in embryology or IVF procedures are preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Reproductive Science, or a related field
- Experience working in a clinical or fertility lab setting is a significant advantage
