Job Description: Clinical Coordinator – IVF Center Role Summary The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day clinical operations, supervising RMO and Staff Nurses, coordinating OPD activities, and ensuring effective communication between all center teams. The role requires strong coordination skills, meeting management, and in-depth knowledge of FC (Front Counsellor) and RMO functions within an IVF setup. Key Responsibilities 1. Staff Management & Supervision Oversee and manage RMO, Staff Nurses, and OPD Coordinators. Ensure proper delegation of tasks and monitor daily performance. Provide guidance and support to clinical staff for smooth patient care. 2. Communication & Coordination Act as the central communication point between all centers. Delegate messages and instructions to respective teams and ensure timely follow-ups. Ensure all staff (FC, RMO, Nurses, OPD Coordinators ) communicate effectively with patients and internal departments. Maintain clear and accurate communication flow between management and clinical teams. 3. Meeting Coordination Schedule, organize, and coordinate all internal meetings. Prepare agendas, share minutes of meetings, and ensure action points are completed. Coordinate cross-center and departmental meetings. 4. OPD & Clinical Operations Ensure smooth functioning of OPD activities. Support clinical workflows alongside doctors, FC, and RMO. Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required. 5. Knowledge & Compliance Must have in-depth understanding of Clinical Operations, FC and RMO roles. Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, quality standards, and operational guidelines. Assist in maintaining documentation, reports, and compliance requirements. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team-handling abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. Good understanding of IVF center operations. Qualification Any graduate or healthcare-related degree. Experience in IVF or healthcare coordination preferred.
