INNO is urgently looking for a Mid-Weight UX Designer

Your Mission:
As a key member of INNO’s digital team, you’ll ensure that every customer interaction across our digital touchpoints is easy to use, visually consistent, and aligned with our brand DNA. You’ll play a pivotal role in a major website overhaul while contributing to continuous improvements that keep us ahead in the retail sector.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital trading, analytics, marketing, product owners) to design customer-centric journeys
- Lead UX ideation, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and enhancements
- Maintain and evolve our digital style guide to ensure brand consistency
- Research best practices and competitor experiences to inspire innovation
- Work closely with UI developers to deliver accurate, efficient designs
- Contribute to testing and validation to guarantee flawless execution
- Define information architecture and ensure accessibility compliance
- Analyze customer research and web analytics to inform design decisions
- Manage external design agencies when needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and propose innovative solutions
- Ensure visual identity consistency across all digital channels
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of UX design experience, ideally in B2C retail or consumer-facing sectors
- Strong creative thinking combined with commercial acumen
- Proficiency in UX tools (Figma, Miro/Lucid) and knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Excellent understanding of customer-centric design principles, usability, and accessibility
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and deliver at pace
- Experience in creating and managing digital style guides
