PIH Health is seeking a
General Surgery NP/PA to join our growing surgical team. This provider will support our General Surgery physicians through hospital rounding and outpatient clinic care, helping to expand patient access as the office continues to grow.

Work Experience
Required Skills:
- Support General Surgery physicians with hospital rounding and inpatient consults
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients pre- and post-operatively in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Conduct comprehensive histories, physical examinations, and order/interpret diagnostic tests
- Assist in developing treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and recovery plans
- Coordinate care between surgical, hospital, and outpatient teams to ensure continuity of care
Required Experience
- Current CA or PA License
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- National Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in general surgery, surgical subspecialist, or hospital-based practice
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Spanish or Korean language proficiency
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient general surgery settings
