The Position
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our
Order to Cash team within Shared Services Finance, Enterprise Solutions and Services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and learn the end-to-end process of managing customer sales orders, invoicing, credit control, collections and cash application.

Professional Internship IEFP (6 months)
Responsibilities
OtC Process delivery:
- Support the O2C team in daily operations, including:
- Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate billing.
- Assisting with invoice generation and validation.
- Monitoring payment status and supporting collection activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely cash application.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and reporting tasks
Required Education, Experience, And Skills
Education
- University Degree, preferably in Management, Economics, Finance or Supply Chain but others are also considered.
Technical Skills
- Analytical mindset - Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail - Ensuring accuracy in order processing and invoicing.
- Communication skills - Clear and professional interaction with internal teams and customers.
- Team player - Collaborative approach in a multicultural environment.
- Problem-solving ability - Quick thinking to resolve discrepancies and support process improvements.
- Time management - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Language Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) are an advantage.
