Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
- Perform routine and advanced gynecological procedures such as D&C, LEEP, Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy, and Colposcopy.
- Carry out surgical interventions including Cesarean Section, Normal Vaginal Delivery, Myomectomy, Hysterectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, and Pelvic Floor Repair.
- Diagnose and manage benign and malignant gynecological conditions like fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and pelvic organ prolapse.
- Support infertility care by conducting evaluations and coordinating with IVF and assisted reproductive technology programs.
- Perform and interpret Pap Smears and other screening tests for early detection of reproductive tract abnormalities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient comfort, safety, and long-term health.
- Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including obstetricians, endocrinologists, and nursing staff.
- Stay current with clinical advancements, guidelines, and best practices in gynecology through ongoing education.

Requirements:
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/DM/DNB in OBGYN).
- Valid medical registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
- Hands-on experience in D&C, LEEP, Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy, and other core gynecological surgeries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage normal and complicated deliveries, including Cesarean Sections.
- Experience in infertility evaluation and coordination with IVF protocols.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating fibroids, endometriosis, and pelvic organ prolapse.
- Competency in performing and interpreting Pap Smears and Colposcopy results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic clinical setting while adhering to protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
