We are looking for a dedicated IVF Coordinator to join our Irvine/ Corona location and support patients through every step of their fertility journey. This role is open to individuals with an MA, LVN, or RN background, or candidates with fertility experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assure patients receive all the necessary information including treatment protocols, medications, diagnostic procedures, and early pregnancy expectations.

· Review signs and symptoms of potential complications related to procedures and medications.

· Coordinate infertility diagnostic testing and create treatment calendars aligned with provider protocols.

· Accurately document care plans and communications in the EMR.

· Assist with in-office procedures, administer medications, and perform phlebotomy.

· Pre-op patients for surgical procedures such as hysteroscopy, D&C, and egg retrievals.

· Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and support teams to ensure continuity of care.

· Deliver a patient care experience that exceeds expectations by actively listening and providing thoughtful guidance.

· Perform additional clinical or administrative duties as needed to support smooth laboratory and clinic operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

· Active California RN license, LVN license, or MA license, unless experienced in fertility

· Experience in Women’s Health Care or fertility is a plus.

· Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday, with rotation of weekends and holidays as needed.

· Intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.

Work Environment:

This is an in-person role at our Irvine/Corona location, supporting patients throughout their fertility treatments with attentive, coordinated clinical care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour
