Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our large, hospital-employed CRNA group.
Surgical services at Saint Francis Medical Center are performed in a state-of-the-art surgical suite consisting of:
- Eighteen Operating rooms, 2 Cystoscopy rooms, and 2 hybrid suites dedicated to open-heart and endovascular surgery
- Two daVinci S HDTM Surgical Systems
- A Post-Anesthesia Care Unit with 16 bays and 2 negative airflow isolation rooms
- Twenty-eight private rooms used for Same Day Surgical Services

Benefits include:
- W2 or 1099 employment option available!
- Base compensation $280,000 for W2; $364,000 for 1099
- $1,400 call pay (for employed and 1099 option)
- 7 weeks ETO/vacation for W2 option
- $3,000 CME allowance, plus 5 days/year CME for W2 option

Certification & Licensures:
- Current licensure to practice as a CRNA in the state of Missouri.
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
Requirements:Providers hired by Saint Francis Healthcare System are held to the highest standard of professional excellence and are required to meet the following:
- Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthetist.
- Missouri APRN-CRNA license or ability to obtain a license upon credentialing.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:Join 21 hospital-employed CRNAs.
- Schedule is 4, 10-hour days per week (M-F) or 5, 8-hour days per week, with call rotation. Call is 1 in every 8 weekends and includes first, second, and third call during the week and on weekend. CRNAs have post-first call day off.
- No in-house call, must be able to get to the Medical Center in 20 minutes.
- Medically directed.
- Cases include general anesthesia, thoracic anesthesia (no heart), vascular anesthesia, OBGYN anesthesia (C-sections), neuro-anesthesia, some trauma anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, and GI.
