- Sales Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, coach and develop the HyCoSy sales team to achieve national sales targets and qualitative objectives; 领导并培养HyCoSy专属销售团队,达成全国销售目标与质性指标;
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure execution discipline; 定期进行绩效评估并确保执行效率;
- Foster collaboration and alignment with Marketing, KA, and Application teams. 与市场部、KA及应用团队密切协作,确保战略一致性与落地。
- Market Development and Customer Engagement
- Identify, prioritize, and develop key fertility and obstetrics hospitals and IVF centers; 识别并重点开发妇产科及辅助生殖中心客户;
- Collaborate with the Product and KA Managers to drive access, tender, and reimbursement projects; 与产品经理及KA经理协作,推进招采与准入;
- Maintain strategic relationships with KOLs and department heads. 维护领域专家及科室主任关系,提升学术影响力。
- Business Execution and Sales Excellence
- Develop and execute sales plans and account strategies; 制定并落实年度销售计划与医院策略;
- Analyze market data and monitor competitor activities; 分析市场数据并监测竞争动态;
- Optimize hospital coverage with market intelligence support. 利用市场调研数据优化医院覆盖。
- Compliance and Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and relevant regulations; 严格遵守公司政策及法规;
- Manage T&E and A&P budgets within limits; 在批准预算内高效管理费用;
- Participate in CEUS business reviews and strategic meetings. 参与跨部门业务回顾与战略会议。
- Other Responsibilities
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Deputy CEUS Business Director. 完成上级交办的其他业务任务。 任职要求: Education 教育背景
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. 医学、生物医学工程、市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills 工作经验,知识和硬性技能
- ≥7 years of medical sales experience, including ≥3 years in team management; 7年以上医药行业销售经验,其中3年以上团队管理经验;
- Proven record in women’s health, reproductive medicine, or ultrasound-related promotion; 有妇产、生殖或超声相关产品推广经验;
- Strong business acumen and national account development capability; 具备优秀的商业洞察力和全国重点客户管理经验;
- Familiar with hospital operations and fertility center workflows; 熟悉医院及生殖中心运作流程;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 具备卓越的沟通能力、领导力及跨部门协作能力。
