Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Urologist at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, MD. The Urologist will provide comprehensive care to patients, including diagnosing, treating, and managing urological conditions and disorders. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing surgical and non-surgical interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team, and leveraging the latest medical advancements and technologies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology
- Expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing urological conditions and diseases
- Proficiency in performing urological surgeries, minimally invasive techniques, and related procedures
- Strong clinical decision-making, patient care, and communication skills
- Dedication to compassionate and patient-first healthcare approaches
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals
- Licensure to practice medicine in the state of Maryland
- Experience in education and training of medical residents is an asset
