NYC Nanny Connections is seeking compassionate, experienced, and professional childcare providers to join our highly valued network. We proudly partner with families throughout New York City and Westchester, offering exceptional care and support.
We are currently hiring for:
Full-time and part-time nannies
Nanny share positions
Temporary, weekend, and travel nannies
Newborn Care Specialists
Doulas
Holiday and special-occasion childcare (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s)
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
Support daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and naps
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's needs
Create engaging educational, play-based, and age-appropriate activities
Maintain a clean and safe environment, including light housekeeping related to childcare
Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid if necessary
Collaborate with parents on schedules, communication, and care needs
Provide inclusive care, including for children with disabilities or special needs
Encourage positive behavior, kindness, and healthy social skills
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of professional childcare experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
CPR & First Aid certification strongly preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to caregiving assignments
Current vaccinations (Flu, COVID-19, Tdap); boosters may be requested depending on family needs
Passionate about supporting children’s well-being, development, and safety
Note: Newer caregivers are welcome! If you have 0–2 years of childcare experience, we’ll help you complete the necessary training. All candidates must also have a background check completed within the last 12 months and we’re happy to assist with that process.
