A client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Commercial Strategy Consultant to join the team for a four-week project.
You will lead the development of a go-to-market strategy focused on referral-based patient acquisition, reporting to senior stakeholders across medical, marketing, and commercial functions.
Responsibilities
- Analyse referral channels and estimate market size and referral volumes within a defined geographic area
- Assess cost of patient acquisition across different referral routes
- Identify key decision factors influencing referral behaviour
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and desk research to inform strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience in commercial strategy within healthcare space
- Industry experience in fertility services is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience conducting interviews and synthesising insights into actionable outputs
