Healthcare Support Workers - West Lothian District Nursing

West Lothian District Nursing Service are recruiting for band 3 Health Care Support Workers to support the delivery of palliative care at home.
Each post is for 20 hours per week, shifts will vary across days and evenings: 0900-1300 or 1800-2200.
Post holders will work across West Lothian so car drivers are essential.
