Biomedical Supply US is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for our Marlton location. This is a full-time role with hours Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm.

About The Role
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is primarily focused on providing exceptional customer service via email and phone contact with our customers, and at times pitching in to support order fulfillment in our warehouse as necessary. You will play a key role in assisting our customers by answering questions and coordinating orders, while also ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
A qualified candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be capable of working both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Experience in Customer Service, retail or warehouse operations/fulfillment is also a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, shipping delays, and product returns.
- Process customer orders, exchanges, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality control requirements.
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and/or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other basic software (Microsoft Navision or Business Central is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods during warehouse shifts.
