About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Midwifery Educator (CME) at MLHD, you will be instrumental in the development and career success of the midwifery team. We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Registered Midwife to inspire, mentor, and lead clinical education programs at the ward and unit level. In this flexible part-time role, you’ll facilitate learning, support professional development, and promote best practice in a collaborative, supportive environment. Make a real impact on quality care outcomes while sharing your expertise and fostering a positive learning culture across our district.
As the CME, you will:

Focus on supporting and educating other midwives, students and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Deliver comprehensive care to women throughout their pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postpartum period.

Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.
