The mandate
Own the Artificial Urinary Sphincter business for Europe and guide Australia. Lead the strategy, activate centers of excellence, and scale a high‑credibility field team—while staying close to procedures yourself.
What you’ll do
• Lead & execute: Set AUS priorities by market (DE/UK/FR/ES) with clear quarterly plans and forecasts.
• Activate centers: In‑services, labs, proctoring, and credible case support that turn early adopters into reference sites.
• Coach teams: Elevate reps and distributors on positioning, pipeline health, account development, and case coverage.
• Market access: Support pricing, tenders, and hospital listing; uphold ethical promotion and compliance with EU MDR & TGA.
• Partner: Work directly with Marketing (localized assets, campaigns) and Clinical (education, proctors, case readiness).
• Be in the field: This is a player‑coach role—lead the team and lead by example.
What you bring
• 7+ years in urology medical devices, ideally implantable continence/men’s health (AUS, male sling, urethral balloons, SNM, IPP) or adjacent implants.
• A live network with AUS/continence implanters and KOLs in at least one of Germany, UK, France, Spain; comfortable extending practices to Australia.
• Proven track record opening new accounts, enabling partners, and personally closing complex clinical business.
• Language: English required; an additional local language (e.g., German/French/Spanish) preferred.
• Mobility: heavy European travel plus periodic Australia travel; valid right to work in your home country.
• Gold standard: hands‑on experience with recognized, legacy AUS systems and strong relationships with European implanters.
