At Urban Baby Beginnings® (UBB), we’re reimagining maternal health by leading the implementation of AIM Community Care Initiative (CCI) safety bundles across Virginia. Our work bridges hospitals, health systems, and community partners—ensuring that every mother and baby receives high-quality, respectful, and culturally responsive care.
We’re seeking a Safety Bundle Implementation Coordinator with a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) or a related field to help us advance this mission. This position plays a key role in guiding the rollout of safety bundles, leading Community Ambassador Trainings, and strengthening UBB’s partnerships that align with AIM CCI standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate AIM CCI safety bundle implementation across UBB hubs and programs.
- Develop, deliver, and co-facilitate Community Ambassador Trainings to equip community leaders and partner agencies with tools to promote maternal safety and respectful care.
- Support internal teams and select partners to align workflows, documentation, and quality protocols with UBB’s AIM CCI framework.
- Organize and facilitate implementation and progress meetings to track outcomes and sustain improvement.
- Collaborate with UBB leadership to ensure consistency, learning, and excellence across all safety initiatives.
Who You Are
- Holds a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) or related field.
- Experienced in maternal or perinatal health, public health, or program implementation.
- Skilled at facilitation, relationship-building, and communication across diverse teams.
- Passionate about community-centered systems change and reproductive justice.
- Organized, adaptable, and motivated to help transform how maternal care is delivered statewide.
